What age can my child start?
Children can usually start around age 4–5, as soon as they can sit through a short lesson. Sessions are kept short, patient and engaging for young learners.
How long are the lessons?
Lessons are short, focused sessions matched to your child’s age and attention span — we’ll agree the right length with you before starting.
Will my child be safe learning online?
Yes. Every class is one-to-one with a vetted tutor, held at your home under your supervision. You’re welcome to sit nearby, especially with younger children.
Do I need to sit with my child in every class?
For younger children we recommend it, at least at the start. Older kids usually learn independently — and you’ll still get regular progress updates.
Can we choose a male or female teacher?
Yes. We have qualified male and female tutors, and you can request whichever your family is comfortable with.
What if my child misses a class?
Just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to reschedule the lesson.
